Prior to cut-off date, individuals are encouraged to book their reservations on-line using the above booking link; however, individuals may also call Hotel's Room Reservations Department direct at 877-593-5993 and identify themselves as members of a group or convention with Reservation ID: AUS1C09. Please advise that without this Reservation ID, you will not receive the tournament rate and may be advised that the Hotel is sold out.
Operating on Pacific Time, hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 11:00 pm; Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Please note first night's room and tax will be required at the time of booking. The following methods of payment may be used for deposit: company check, American Express; Diners Club; MasterCard; Discover, VISA; JCB; Money Order. Hotel accepts company/personal checks for payment of deposits only and must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.
