Room Block Request Form
2019 Perfect Game 10U World Series
Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.
Deadlines & Procedures:
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 45 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled after that point will incur a $45 cancellation fee per room. Hotel specific cancellation policies may also apply.
Room block deadline for individual reservations: All individual reservations within your block must be made within 30 days of receiving your room block confirmation email indicating which hotel your team was placed at. For requests that are submitted within 45 days of the event start date, individual reservations need to be booked within 1 week of receiving your room block confirmation email.
Once your room block request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing which hotel your team was assigned as well as other deadlines and information. This confirmation will also include a link that allows you (or your team) to make hotel reservations via our website. This link may be distributed to your team for them to book their own rooms if you prefer, however room reservations must be completed by the timeline stated above.
