2019 Perfect Game 15U Southeast Memorial Day Classic
Room block requests are assigned filled on a first-come, first-served basis; your team will be assigned one of your four choices provided there is sufficient availability. Please view the At-a-Glance document linked below to see currently available hotels (8+ rooms available) and be sure to select 4 preferred hotel options. The At-a-Glance page is updated as frequently as possible, but keep in mind hotel inventory is live and other teams are also requesting rooms. Please also note that requests for large room blocks may exceed availability at a single hotel which may necessitate splitting the block between multiple hotels.
Failure to abide by these guidelines may delay the blocking process.
*Please be aware that rooms with a Sleeper Sofa will be considered two beds.
Deadlines & Procedures:
Cancellation Policy: Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 45 days prior to the arrival date. Reservations cancelled after that point will incur a $45 cancellation fee per room. Hotel specific cancellation policies may also apply.
Room block deadline for individual reservations: All individual reservations within your block must be made at least 45 days prior to the event start date.
Once your room block request is completed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing which hotel your team was assigned as well as other deadlines and information. This confirmation will also include a link that allows you (or your team) to make hotel reservations via our website. This link may be distributed to your team for them to book their own rooms if you prefer, however room reservations should be completed prior to 45 days before the event.
