Room Block Request Form
2020 Perfect Game Southeast World Series
DO NOT proceed with filling out this room block request form if everyone on your team does not need to stay in the same hotel. Instead, please email us at perfectgame@connectionshousing.com and we will provide you with the general booking link.
Stay-to-Play Requirement: 6 room minimum per team, per tournament.
Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please view the At-a-Glance document linked below to see currently available hotels and select 4 available preferred hotel options. Hotel inventory is live and can change at any time.
*Please be aware that rooms with a Sleeper Sofa will be considered two beds
*Please be aware that requests for large room blocks may exceed availability at a single hotel and may have to be split among multiple hotels
Please note, holding a block of rooms is NOT the same as booking your hotel reservations. You are still required to book individual room reservations within your team room block in order to be compliant.
Deadlines & Procedures:
Stay-to-Play: 6 room minimum per team, per tournament required in order to be compliant and participate in the tournament.
Room block deadline for individual reservations: All individual reservations within your block must be made within two weeks of receiving your Booking Confirmation. Any rooms remaining in your block on the deadline date, will automatically be released.
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline will be the day prior to the hotel’s cut-off date. The specific date and other cancellation policies for your selected hotel will be included on your block confirmation.
