Stay-to-Play Requirement: seven (7) room minimum per team, per tournament must be maintained through check-in
Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Please view the Hotels At-a-Glance document linked below and select 4 preferred hotel options. Hotel inventory is live and can change at any time.
*Please be aware that rooms with a Sleeper Sofa will be considered two beds
*Please be aware that requests for large room blocks may exceed availability at a single hotel and may have to be split among multiple hotels
Please note, holding a block of rooms is NOT the same as booking your hotel reservations. You are still required to book individual room reservations within your team room block in order to be compliant.
Deadlines & Procedures:
Stay-to-Play: seven (7) room minimum per team, per tournament required in order to be compliant and participate in the tournament. Each team must maintain their (7) rooms through check-in.
Reservation Deadline: All individual reservations within your block must be made within two weeks of receiving your Room Block Confirmation email. Any rooms remaining in your block on the deadline date will automatically be released.
Cancellation Policy:
- Through July 5, 2021: Reservation cancellations can be made without penalty
- Between July 6, 2021 and July 24, 2021: Reservation cancellations will be charged a $100 fee ($90 cancel fee + $10 credit card processing fee) per room, by Connections Housing.
- After July 6, 2021: Reservation modifications reducing the number of nights to less than half of the original reservation are subject to a one-night room & tax penalty, charged by the hotel.
- Within 72-hours of your scheduled arrival: Reservation cancellations will be charged a one-night room & tax penalty (per room), by the hotel.
- No-Shows: Hotel reserves the right to charge a two-night room & tax penalty.
