This webform is provided for your convenience in making group housing reservation requests for 43rd National FETC®. As it may not be possible to confirm everyone’s first choice, the following guidelines will apply:
- All reservations will be on a request basis and confirmed first come, first serve.
- Hotels will be assigned based on availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests.
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions regarding the assignment of rooms within your sub-block.
- You will be given instructions for collecting method of payment. Please DO NOT include credit card details on that form.
- A rooming list must be submitted by the deadline provided within your Room Block Confirmation email.
GROUP HOUSING TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Reservation(s) must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount equaling a deposit of one night's room plus tax for each room reserved. The credit card used to hold room(s) must have an expiration date of February 2023 or later. Group will submit a rooming list to Connections Housing by the assigned deadline date. Any rooms that have not been individually assigned and guaranteed will be released on or after the deadline date, with or without notice.
Any reservation canceled after November 30, 2022 will be subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the reservation for the entire stay it was reserved. Charges will appear on the statement as charged by Connections Housing, the official FETC Housing Agency, on behalf of LRP to the credit card on file. PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation Fees are IN ADDITION TO any Hotel Policies.
