Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only approved, official housing vendor for FIBO Miami 2020®. We understand that unauthorized housing companies may contact you and advertise cheaper rates or may imply or claim an affiliation with FIBO Miami 2020. Unfortunately, some past attendees have fallen prey to these companies and were unable to recuperate the money they spent on rooms that did not exist. If you are contacted by any company that is NOT Connections Housing, please notify the FIBO Miami 2020 Housing Management at FIBO@connectionshousing.com before providing any information to a secondary housing vendor.

Please provide us with THREE hotel choices from the available hotels, for your group block placement in order of preference.

If requested hotels are not available, a room block will be made at the next available hotel. Please indicate preferred criteria for placement.

This webform is provided for your convenience in making group housing reservation requests for FIBO Miami 2020. As it may not be possible to confirm everyone’s first choice, the following guidelines will apply:

  1. All reservations will be on a request basis and confirmed first come, first serve.
  2. Hotels will be assigned based on availability. Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests.
  3. You will receive an email with detailed instructions regarding the assignment of rooms within your sub-block.
  4. You will be given instructions for collecting method of payment. Please DO NOT include credit card details on that form.
  5. A rooming list must be submitted by the deadline provided within your Room Block Confirmation email.

GROUP HOUSING TERMS & CONDITIONS:

Reservation(s) must be guaranteed with a credit card in the amount equaling a deposit of one night’s room plus tax for each room reserved. The credit card used to hold room(s) must have an expiration date of November 1, 2020 or later. Group will submit a rooming list to Connections Housing by the assigned deadline date. Any rooms that have not been individually assigned and guaranteed will be released on or after the deadline date, with or without notice.

**CANCELATION POLICY**

Any reservation canceled after August 25, 2020 will be subject to a NON-REFUNDABLE cancelation fee in the amount of 100% of the reservation for the entire stay it was reserved. Charges will appear on the statement as charged by Connections Housing, the official FIBO Housing Agency, on behalf of ReedPOP to the credit card on file. PLEASE NOTE: Cancelation Fees are IN ADDITION TO any Hotel Policies.

PLEASE NOTE:These fees will NOT be waived in 2020 but will be reduced by any cancel fees charged by the hotel.

By submitting this subblock request and associated reservations, I give Connections Housing consent to use any personal data provided to both process these requests and contact me in the future with relevant notifications and/or reminders.
