Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, and based on availability.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Global Gaming Expo – G2E 2022 to provide housing services to attendees and exhibitors. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at G2E@connectionshousing.com.

Cancellation Policy

The hotel reserves the right to charge one night's room plus tax prior to arrival. The remaining nights’ charges are collected at check-in.

If the credit card provided is not valid and chargeable in the amount of one night’s room and tax per each room reserved, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation(s). Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night’s room and tax penalty per reservation.

Hotel also reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if applicable.

Tax Policy

Rates do not include 13.38% tax plus a Discounted daily Resort Fee (subject to change). Tax is not included.
