The following Sub Block Policies & Guidelines are established to maximize our use of the Conference hotel block, minimize potential attrition risk, and provide opportunity for each exhibiting company to secure desired accommodations. HOW IS HOUSING ASSIGNED?

Sub Block Housing requests will be accepted electronically.

Confirmation of block assignments for requests will be confirmed within two weeks of receipt of the online Sub Block Request Form.

Within the official ITS World Congress 2022 block in Los Angeles, guestrooms have been reserved at each official designated ITS World Congress 2022 hotel. All reservations must be made within the ITS World Congress 2022 block through the designated official ITS World Congress 2022 housing company.

WHO IS CONNECTIONS HOUSING?

Connections Housing will serve as the only official ITS World Congress 2022 Housing Bureau. The Connections Housing Team is dedicated exclusively to ITS World Congress 2022 guests. Any inquiries, changes or cancellations that may arise during the year regarding hotel reservations, or previously submitted rooming lists, should be directed to the Connections Housing Team at ITSA@ConnectionsHousing.com, or by calling 725-201-9356. ITS World Congress 2022 is not responsible for hotels or rates offered by travel agents or other third-party organizations who say they are speaking on behalf of ITS World Congress 2022. To avoid potential problems with your reservation, please confirm your hotel accommodations within the Official ITS World Congress 2022 hotel block by completing the online Sub Block Form.
