Room Block Request Form

Room block requests are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and based on availability.

BUYER BEWARE! Connections Housing is the only housing company authorized by Vision Expo West 2021 to provide housing services to Vision Expo West 2021 participants. Please do not conduct business with any other travel or housing company claiming to represent this event. Should you happen to receive communication from any outside company, please forward their contact information to Connections Housing via email at visionexpo@connectionshousing.com.

If requested hotels are not available, a room block will be made at the next available hotel. Please indicate preferred criteria for placement.

Your block request form will be confirmed by the Connections Housing, the official Vision Expo West housing company. After the block assignment is complete, you will receive an email from your housing team with detailed reservation procedures and important deadlines.
